When Will My Order Ship? -

All orders ship from my studio in Mississippi, USA. Once an order has been placed allow up to 7-10 days to process for shipping. If you need it quicker don’t hesitate to email me and we can work something out. Please refer to the listing you purchased from for the most accurate turnaround times.

Shipping - 

I use USPS Priority for all domestic shipping and DHL for all international shipping. Tracking numbers will be emailed out once your piece has shipped. Refunds may be issued for overages. Sophie Emily Design is not responsible for any custom charges that may incur after shipping.

Custom Orders -

I do accept custom orders. You can review all details on the commission page. The current turnaround time for custom pieces is approximately 3 months.

Returns & Exchanges -

All sales are final. I am not liable for lost, stolen packages, or longer shipping times upon transfer of order to the carrier. I will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. Also, be kind to your post people. 

In the event your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item please report within the first 48 hours of delivery.
